Taking control of my emotions
I have to admit that being an emotional and sensitive person by nature I sometimes let my feelings get the better part of me. I try to turn my negative emotions into positive emotions. Here are some of the ways I flip my mood around:
-call a friend
-exercise
-watch a funny movie
-journal
-sing
-go for walk
-go for a massage
-have fun
