The magic of meditating

Today I literally felt like I was going crazy. Full of anxiety. My head was spinning. All I wanted was some peace and quite. I couldn't focus, concentrate, and sit still. With the help of cardio exercise, yoga, and journaling I was able to calm my body and my mind so I could have my mind, body, and peace restored.

I learned that I must always take care of myself first. The importance of exercise, time for myself, and time to relax is priceless.
