Emotional Boundaries

When other people project their emotions on to you it is never personal. It's hard to let it go and forgive others when it feels like they are literally dumping their crap onto you. Holding onto that anger is more poisonous than letting it go and forgiving the other person.

As humans we experience all sorts of emotions all the time. We can feel happy, sad, scared, angry, anxious etc. the list goes on. A lot of the times all of us just need a bit a love. A hug, some kind words, a smile or even a kiss goes a long way. We all need some emotional support sometimes. It can be hard to be self reliant, imdependent, and "perfect" all the time. Love, acceptance, patience, forgiveness, a good laugh, healthy boundaries, and understanding are all keys to all healthy relationships.
