If you fall down get up and try again

Grab a journal or piece of paper and start writing about a goal you tried to achieve in the past.  Write about how you feel and think right now about this unaccomplished goal.  Read what you have written than put it aside to reflect on at a later date.

Test yourself.  Pick one small goal to work on that you tried to achieve in the past.  Make a plan, follow it through, and give yourself a date to complete the goal.

Once you have successfully completed your goal.  Journal about how your feel and think after accomplishing your goal.  Reflect on what you have written.

What are the positive results?

Challenge yourself and work hard to accomplish what ever task, test, or obstacle that you have found hard or challenging to overcome.  The success and positive energy you will get when you finally achieve your goal is worth more than the achievement itself.
